Adding the Support Central Bot to Teams
1) Open Teams
2) In the left-hand menu, click on “Apps”
3) In the search bar, type: “Support”. Look for Support Central Bot with the Xerimis logo, then click “Add”
4) A pop-up window will appear — click “Add” again
5) You’ll see a confirmation message: “Added successfully”. Click “Open”
6) This will launch the bot and add it to your left-hand menu in Teams.
7) To keep it easily accessible - Right-click on Support Central in the left pane and Click 'Pin'
