Email Signatures
Before proceeding, please select your email signature appropriate to your site for New and reply emails.
✅ New Outlook (2024+)

Open Outlook and click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner to open Settings.
- Under Account, select Signatures.
- Click New Signature, give it a name, and enter your signature content.
- Please see attached for the ‘New Email & reply emails’ signatures.
- Scroll down to Select default signatures:
- Choose your signature for New messages.
- Choose your signature for Replies/forwards.
- Click Save.
✅ Classic Outlook (Pre-2024)
📌 Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open Outlook and click New Email.
- In the new message window, go to the Message tab.
- Click Signature > Signatures....
- In the Signatures and Stationerywindow:
- Click New, name your signature, and click OK.
- Enter your signature in the editor box. You can format text, add images, and hyperlinks.
- Under Choose default signature:
- Set your signature for New messages.
- Set your signature for Replies/forwards.
- Click OK to save.
