Yealink USB instructions for conference screen sharing
Joining a Meeting
• Select Join to join the scheduled meeting.
Start or Stop Sharing Content
- Connect the USB dongle to the USB port on your computer. If the Yealink Wireless Presentation Pod software pops up automatically, skip to step 4. If not, continue with step 2
- Open File Explorer and on the left scroll bar, click on CD Drive
- Double-click on PresentationLauncher
- Alternatively, on the USB dongle, press the presentation button to share your screen. Press the presentation button again to stop sharing.
