How to Use the System
1️) Starting a Meeting:
Use the Touch Panel to join or start a Microsoft Teams meeting.
Tap "Join" next to a scheduled meeting or use "New Meeting" to start one.
(Please note for your meeting to show on the touch panel, you will need to include Xerimis UK - Thames Thames@xerimis.com in your meeting invites.
From Your Laptop (Optional):
- Join a Teams meeting from your laptop.
Select Room Audio & Video when prompted and choose the Xerimis UK - Thames
- The meeting bar will take over as the primary camera, microphone, and speaker.
2️) Sharing Content:
Wirelessly share your screen via Microsoft Teams or connect using the dongle (see instructions attached)
3️) Camera & Audio Controls:
The Meeting Bar features auto-framing and speaker tracking—no manual adjustments needed!
Use the touch panel to mute/unmute the microphone or adjust the speaker volume.
4️) Ending a Meeting:
Tap "End Meeting" on the touch Panel or teams on your laptop to disconnect the call.
